• Founded TraderStoa, a marketplace selling custom trading studies and tools for Charles Schwab’s ThinkOrSwim platform — owning product definition, build, documentation, pricing, and go-to-market.

• Designed and engineered the product line — TTM Squeeze Pro, VWAP Pro, Options Risk Manager, Volume Profile Pro, and Price & Volume Dynamics — using Claude AI models, trading options and equities to validate each release against live market conditions.

• Spearheaded the vendor relationship and onboarding process for the Invent platform — an AI-ready data and interface layer integrating systems across Wealth Management.

• Collaborated with C-suite executives at fintech firms, from early-stage startups to established wealth-industry players, to shape and refine product strategy against their business objectives.

• Defined and executed the internal product roadmap, serving clients including RIA firms and broker-dealers.

• Led major Wealth initiatives including the Direct Indexing program, new custodian onboarding (Pershing Advisor Solutions), and the Unified Managed Account program:

o   Launched Direct Indexing in 2022, generating $162M in new AUM as of 2024.

o   Delivered the BNY-to-PAS migration at 57% retention — 37K accounts, $2B in AUM.

o   Established Digital Account Opening as the default account-opening channel.

• Led and managed a team of product managers delivering the Portfolio Construction roadmap.

• Built an AI chatbot prototype for Digital Account Opening on AWS Lambda.
